Any term defined under the Act or the Catalist Rules, the SFA or any modification thereof and used in this Appendix shall,
where applicable, have the same meaning assigned to it under the Act or the Catalist Rules, the SFA or any modification
thereof, as the case may be, unless otherwise provided.
