Segment information
Reportable segment
Information reported to the Group’s chief operating decision maker for the purposes of resource allocation and
assessment of segment performance is specifically focused on the restaurant business which forms the basis of
identifying the operating segments of the Group under FRS 108
Operating Segments
. Management considers a
restaurant business as a single operating segment.
The accounting policies of the reportable segment are the same as the Group’s accounting policies described in Note
2. Segment profit or loss represents the profit or loss earned/incurred by each segment without allocation of control
administration costs and directors’ salaries.
Geographical information
The Group operates in Singapore, Indonesia and the People’s Republic of China.
The following table provides an analysis of the Group’s revenue from external customers based on the geographical
location where revenue is generated:
